Our return policy lasts for 30 days from purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

SHIPPING POLICY:

 

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Standard shipping typically takes between 7-10 business days after your order has been processed, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date. 

 

Shipping Fees:
$5 Flat Rate for shipping in Maryland
$7 Flat Rate for shipping outside of Maryland

Local Pick up: Skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 620 Towne Center Drive, Joppatowne MD, 21085. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 6 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM on Monday through Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
