We offer one-on-one Business Coaching: Opulent Lady Business Association, LLC offers a unique
Business coaching service. As a member, you would have the opportunity to meet with a certified,
experienced business coach. One-on-One Business Coaching is designed to help your business develop a
blueprint for success.

Opulent Executive Loft; unrestricted access... Signature Membership program, whether you’re looking
for a professional space to call home for your business, or a scenic and alluring ambiance. The
EXECUTIVE LOFT is an entire VIBE. Shared Office Space is available to “OLBA Members. The training

room includes access to a projector for PowerPoint presentations, tables and chairs, and light
refreshments. The Training Room must be reserved two weeks prior to the scheduled event.

OLBA Membership Agreement

I understand that during the course of my participation as a member of Opulent Lady Business
Association, LLC I understand and agree that I will not disclose any confidential information protected by
applicable federal or District laws or by Opulent Lady Business Association, LLC (SOP) Standard
operations policies and procedures, nor use such information for unauthorized purposes.

As a member I will:
· I will respect all members.
· I will pay my monthly dues on time.
· I will respect the property of OLBA.

I will respect the vision and mission of OLBA.
· I will attend all events and masterclasses as my schedule permits.
· I will use the resources that are available to me within the association before going outside the
organization to build my business and professional development.
· I will show up with a positive and productive mindset.
· I will practice self-care.

I will offer a minimum of %10 discount on my products and services to OLBA Members only.

I understand:
· My membership can be suspended or terminated due to nonpayment or misconduct.
· All dues and fees are non-refundable.

· I am responsible for all dues up to 1 year from the date of registration, despite the status of my
membership.

 OLBA is a yearly Membership of $719.88 that it broken into monthly payments. I can pay the full
membership at any time during the duration of my membership upon request to OLBA member
services.

· I have the right to cancel at any time with a written notice within 2 weeks of the cancelation date,
but I am still responsible for my membership dues up until my contract is completed which will be 1 year
from the date registered.

Late Fees, Inactive, Reinstatement Fees, Collections

​

LATE FEES
 As of Dec 2022, OLBA will issue a late fee of $20 to all payments that are beyond 15 days from
its original due date.
 (Ex. Invoice #33 of $59.99 is due January 10th, if unpaid on Jan 16th a late fee invoice will be
added to your account)
 

INACTIVE STATUS
 If an OLBA Member is 2 payments behind, the account will become inactive on the 1st day of
month 3.
 Ex. Invoice #33 January #34 February are unpaid on the 16th of January a late fee will be added
to invoice #33, and on the 16th of February, a late fee will be added to invoice #34. Following this
procedure, on March 1st if still unpaid, the account will become inactive, no referrals will be
disbursed and the information will be removed from the website. OLBA Members will be
contacted by member services and finance about the future status of membership and
arrangements for the unpaid balance.
 

REINSTATEMENT
 Once the OLBA Member balance is paid, there will be a reinstatement fee of $75, to start the onboarding process of reactivating the account and replacing all information on the website.
COLLECTIONS
 If an OLBA Member falls behind in payments of 3 months and has not contacted the Finance
Department by the 15th of the 3rd month to set up payment arrangements. The OLBA Member
account will be placed in collections with a local agency. Information will be provided via email
at that time and the account will no longer be in the hands of OLBA.
