Deposits and Payment Plans:

An initial non-refundable deposit of  $100 + a processing fee of $20 is due by no later than November 30th, 2022. This deposit will go towards the room of your choice. After the initial deposit, you will be able to make six installment payments* (based on your room type) to pay off your stay. These invoices will be sent out separately and privately from OLBA Staff and installment dates will be announced ahead of time.

* Disclaimer: A minimum of $250 is to be expected for each installment payment along with a processing fee of $20.
