Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: The executive loft and offices are an alluring scenic space where women in business indulge in Opulent Behavior. When you schedule your office space-time, the scheduled time is reserved for your exclusive use. Our staff meticulously prepares for each reservation by cleaning, sanitizing, and assuring that all supplies are available so you may conduct your business the Opulent Way. In order to provide you with the best care and service possible., while following proper protocol and guidelines to ensure safety for all we must have policies in place. For these reasons, if you are not able to make your scheduled times, The Executive Loft & Offices team need to know in advance so that we can make it available for other OLBA members as soon as we are made aware of the cancellation. Cancellation Policy: 1. 48-hour (2 business days) cancellation policy. For example, if your office space is scheduled for Monday at 10 a.m., you must cancel the appointment no later than 10 a.m. the Saturday before the appointment. Late cancellations made within the 48-hour window will be billed at the following rates, not to exceed $50 a month: 1st occurrence - $10 2nd Occurrence -$15 3rd Occurrence -$20 Missed appointments 1. Missed appointments without any prior notice will be billed in full $50. 2. We understand that emergencies occur and are willing to make exceptions for true emergencies. 3. Our office will confirm your reservation at least two business days in advance by email or phone. If you are unable to keep your appointment as scheduled, please let us know at this time in order to avoid a missed appointment charge if you have not already notified our office of a cancellation or request to reschedule. 4. If you miss or cancel an appointment without 48 hours notice, the full office fee will be charged to you of $50. 5. To cancel an appointment, go online to www.olbassociation.com. Log into your account and cancel. If you experience technical difficulties, please contact the Membership Coordinator at info.olba.bal@gmail.com or call 443-673-4527 by phone, you may leave a detailed voice message with your name, date, and time of your reservation and your request to cancel or reschedule. Rescheduling If the space and time is available, you are welcomed to reschedule your reservation as it is convenient to you and your business. • Remember you have other space available to use in the Loft that does not have to be booked in advanced.
